Closner Equipment Company Inc. is pleased to announce the following leadership changes effective December 15, 2020.
JB Closner will assume the role of Executive VP with responsibilities for statewide Machine department, Safety, Manufacturer relations, and Ft. Worth branch operations. JB joined Closner in 2006 and has held a variety of positions, most recently as Vice President.
Jeff Hernandez is the VP- Product Support, a broad role encompassing statewide Parts, Digital, and Warranty departments, as well as Service activities in the South Region. Jeff has served in many roles since 2007, most recently as Director-Parts & I.T. Operations.
Chad Linahan will assume the new role of General Sales Manager-South Region. He has responsibility for all Machines sales activities in the Southern half of Texas, plus statewide Sales administration. Chad was previously Sales Manager-South Region and has been with Closner since 2008.
Timothy Haecker continues as Controller. The new much-widened role encompasses Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Human Resources. Tim joined Closner in 2013.
Logan Maywald is the new Austin Area Branch Manager. He joined Closner in 2019 in an Outside Sales role, after a similar function with a major Auction company.
